9 Products on Every Beauty Girl’s Christmas List (Including Mine!)

If you’ve not already been made aware, there’s a cult of beauty girls on instagram that are the experts that decide which new products are cool. Their bathroom counters are filled with jars and tubes of the latest and greatest in a new beauty category that I’ve deemed luxury indie beauty. It’s the brands that are not as mainstream as the ones sold in Sephora, but they are definitely luxurious and high-quality. Since these products are well-loved by the beauty girls, they make for the perfect gifts to give girls that like to up-to-date in the latest lotions and potions.

These are the items that are on every skincare and fragrance lover’s Christmas list, including my own! If you’re stuck on what to gift this season, keep scrolling.

Chanel La Main Crème Hand Cream, $50

This egg-shaped hand cream has been the star of many instagram posts recently. The simple but fun packaging makes for a great addition to vanities and handbags alike. This hand cream promises to not only moisturize hands but also diminish the appearance of darks spots. Gift to: beauty collectors & skincare junkies.

Byredo Gypsy Water Eau de Parfum, $150

Byredo has become a staple on many vanities and it’s not hard to see why. The unisex scents are so beautiful and unique and they come in so many variations from parfums and powders to candles and room sprays. The packaging is luxe and they come in little black and white boxes; ready to be gifted.

Mount Lai Jade Roller, $29.99

Jade rolling is an ancient Chinese beauty practice that has recently become very trendy in the beauty & wellness world. When used frequently, it’s supposed to help with lymphatic drainage, help beauty products absorb into the skin, and tighten and de-puff skin — no batteries needed.

French Girl Organics Lumiere Body Oil Duo, $80

French Girl Organics is another ultra-luxe clean beauty brand that has become very popular, and for good reason. This body oil duo includes the brand’s bronzing and shimmer oils, to maintain a luminous and sun-kissed glow all year long. It’s the ultimate gift set.

Verso Travel Series, $55

Verso makes high-quality skincare that promises to help repair and soothe skin. The travel series contains a 3 step travel-sized set, which includes their Foaming Cleanser, UV protecting Day Cream and collagen-boosting Night Cream. This set is great for travelers or newbies to the brand.

Byredo Suede Rinse-Free Hand Wash, $25

Byredo may be the fragrance brand of the year and their hand sanitizer is the chicest way to stay germ-free. Give the gift of good hygiene with this functional and fashionable handbag staple.

Le Labo Discovery Set, $30

Similar to Byredo, Le Labo is another fragrance brand that has taken over in the past couple of years. The Discovery Set contains testers of the brand’s best-selling scents including Rose 31 and Santal 33. Again, this is the perfect set for your handbag or carry-on luggage.

diptyque Mini Candle Collection, $150

diptyque candles are essential home fragrances that come in so many different scents. This set of mini candles are a great way to sample multiple ones and find your faves. After I’m done burning my candles, I like to reuse the empty jars as storage. The smaller ones can be used for everything from hair pins to q-tips. I even repotted my cactus in a medium one and it looks so good.

Grown Alchemist Amenity Kit, $24

This organic skincare brand protects and nourishes the skin without the chemicals commonly found in other brands. Plus, the apothecary-styled packaging is so minimal and cool. The Amenity Kit contains Grown Alchemist’s most popular products including the Hydra-Repair Day Cream, Vanilla & Watermelon Lip Balm (yum!), and Vanilla & Orange Peel Hand Cream.
