Since I’m always trying out different products, I thought I’d post my current favorites weekly or biweekly. Things like my base products usually stay the same. These are some of the things that I recently purchased and am loving!
1. NARS Illuminator in Orgasm It’s true that you never know what you have until it’s gone. I lost my first tube of this and had been crying ever since. I didn’t use it often at first but I rediscovered my love for it and then it disappeared. A friend got me a replacement for my birthday and I’m back in love. This gives me the perfect glow and it’s so easy to apply.
2. Benefit’s They’re Real Mascara This mascara is truly worth the hype! It lengthens and separates like no other. It is better than some higher end mascaras I’ve tried.
3. Maybelline Color Whisper in Lust for Blush I looked at these in the drugstore many times before deciding to purchase one. I love this nude color. It’s so moisturizing and isn’t too sure like others on the market.
4. Marc Jacobs Dot This was a birthday gift from my sister and my first Marc Jacobs fragrance. I don’t know why I waited so long to get this. The scent is pretty and the bottle matches. This is my new everyday scent.5. Dior Addict Gloss in Dormeuse Dormeuse is a pretty pink lip gloss. I’d been meaning to get a Dior lip gloss for the longest but it wasn’t until I saw this color that I decided to purchase one. This is the perfect spring/summer color. It’s for when I’m feeling girly and I love it.
6. Dior DiorSkin Shimmer Star in Amber Diamond I have read a lot of reviews on this highlighter. I’ve watched youtube videos and have swatched it several times in Sephora. It was beautiful every single time. Finally, I gave in and I am so happy I did. It is the perfect highlighter for me. Seriously, every girl needs this in her makeup stash.
7. Laura Mercier Foundation Primer in Radiance I got this sample with my 100 points perk at Sephora. I’ve been wearing it under my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer and they work perfectly together.
8. Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in My Two Cents This came in the Benefit Most Glamourous Nudes eyeshadow kit. I like this because it isn’t cakey. It’s very smooth and easy to apply.
9. The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream I learned about this on youtube. I used up my clinique moisturizer so I thought I’d try this. It’s light but also moisturizing. 10. Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water I’ve been wanting to try a cleansing water for a while. I saw this one while standing in the checkout line at Sephora. I couldn’t have stumbled upon a more perfect one. This one is alcohol free and has a lot of nutrients in it. It easily takes off all of my makeup and makes my face feel refreshed afterward. I love this stuff.
