Hello everyone,
I’m coming to you with some very exciting news. This week I received an email notifying me of my acceptance into Teen Vogue’s Fashion University! Teen Vogue is the first fashion magazine I fell in love with and made me fall in love with fashion.
If you don’t know what Fashion University is, it is a weekend full of seminars with some of the most prominent names in the fashion and magazine industry including:
We get to choose from this list of fashion icons and experts and listen to their advice on breaking into the industry. Also, we get to hear from the staff of Teen Vogue, which I may be most excited about.
There are also Fashion U student only shopping events with Express and Topshop! We don’t have a Topshop where I’m from so I can not wait.
This is all taking place in NEW YORK CITY in the Teen Vogue building. This is my dreams coming true. I’ve never been to New York! It’s only right that the first time I visit New York I spend my time in the Teen Vogue building.
So I’ll be in New York City Oct. 18-20th learning from the top names in the fashion and magazine business. I could not be more excited. I definitely will be documenting everything. Stay Tuned!
