Last weekend, I had a day off and decided to enjoy the beautiful weather. New Orleans’ weather is so up and down. One minute, it’s freezing and the next, I’m convinced Spring came early. Saturday was one of those pretty days with just the right amount of breeze. I decided to style a denim on denim outfit with a pop of color.

It was such a fun and relaxing day. It was also a productive shopping day. I scored these Nikes on sale at DSW and swapped out my ankle booties for these instead. They just went so well with my denim on denim outfit. The bright coral color proves how much I was loving the sunny weather (I hope I see more of it!).

After DSW, we headed to get some food from Parkway Tavern. If you’re ever in NOLA, please stop here for a po-boy. (The best!)

I am living for denim on denim lately. I could wear this everyday. How’s the weather where you are? Warming up, I hope.
