What I Wore: New York Snow Day
I experienced my first real New York City snow day on January 23, 2016.
There was a blizzard warning in place and the snow was stacking up fast! Of course, I had to go out and see what a snow day was really like in NYC. The first few minutes were really fun. My sister, my roommate and I went out and snapped some pictures to capture the moment. However, soon my hands were freezing from snapping the pics with no gloves on.
I decided to wear a pop of color so I would stand out against the all white background. I chose this coat from & Other Stories, fleece lined mittens and scarf from Super Dry, black hat by frr Canada, long red H&M sweater, black fleece lined leggings, H&M long gray wool socks, and matte black Hunter boots.
My sister and I got some really good shots in together. I love how these pictures turned out.
