With new beauty products dropping what seems like every day, it can get pretty hard to keep up. Luckily, I enjoy spending my time on the internet, searching for what’s new and next in beauty. I put together these luxe makeup products that caught my eye. These are the releases that I’m most excited about and thought you guys may be interested in these too! Read on to find out what’s on my radar and where you can get your hands on them.
Hourglass
This Spring/Summer, Hourglass is releasing their Ambient Strobing Lighting Blushes and two new shades in the Ambient Lighting Bronzers. I never got into the Ambient Lighting line, but I am interested in trying the strobing blush and new bronzers. I swatched two bronzers in Sephora and they were the most glory bronzers ever. I can’t want to swatch the new blushes, since I love a good luminous blush. The Beauty Look Book has swatches on her blog.
Dior
The DiorSkin Nude Air Luminizers seem like the perfect natural highlighters for when you don’t want to blind people with your cheekbones. I’m a big fan of highlighters but I like something more settle for everyday. I actually haven’t seen these in person but I’m excited to see which shade is good for my skin tone. You can see them swatched here on The Beauty Look Book.
Urban Decay
I am so excited about these Naked Skin Highlighting Fluids. They come in five shades and I’m really interested in trying the pink and blue. I’m predicting some serious unicorn, mystical vibes. View swatches on Beauty411.
Tom Ford
I want basically everything in the Tom Ford Summer Soleil collection but I especially want to try the cheek duos, eye duos, contour compact and lip balms. Again, you can see swatches on The Beauty Look Book. I couldn’t find swatches on darker skin, but if I end up splurging on anything on my list, I will provide swatches and reviews.
Chanel
I haven’t bought makeup from Chanel in a while but I LOVE their products. Chanel may be pricy but I can honestly say the products are worth it. The past collections haven’t really caught by eye but the Énergies Et Puretés and Cruise collections all had more than a few products that were added to my wishlist. I loved everything in the Cruise collection but I’m especially excited about the coral-pink nail polishes, Les Beiges foundation, Healthy Glow Sheer Color Stick, and the Rouge Coco Shines.
From the Énergies Et Puretés collection, I am dying to try the Plissé Lumière De Chanel illuminating powder and the tweed blush duos, both of which are exclusively sold on Chanel.com.
I miss using high end makeup, and since this is a luxury beauty blog, I’m going to get back to my roots. I think Chanel is going to be more first foray back into the luxury makeup world. Stay tuned.
Bite Beauty
Love, Bite Lip Set includes two multi-sticks in Cashew and Gelato and a creme lip gloss in Rose Pearl. Bite Beauty makes the best lip products. I love that this set comes with 2 neutral lipsticks, since that’s basically all I ever wear.
Cover FX
More unicorn/majestic/illuminating products released this Spring are the Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops in Halo, Blossom, and Rose Gold. The drops can be mixed into a foundation or used as a highlighter. From the swatches I’ve seen on Temptalia, these appear to be more pigmented than the Urban Decay Naked Skin Highlighting Fluids.
Nars
Nars released Pop Goes the Easel, a collection exclusively sold at Nordstrom, that features lots of pink toned products that I’m really into. Nars isn’t known for their highlighters, so I was surprised and excited to see this beautiful Banc de Sable Highlighter palette. All of the shades are right up my alley. Though I don’t need any more highlighters, as you can see from my list above, it’s the trend this Spring and I’m not mad at it. Swatches on Temptalia.
