This was the case with the Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm. After hearing one rave review after another, I gave in and picked it up at the Sephora in Brooklyn. Read on for my Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm Review.

I had been wanting to give up using makeup removing wipes because I feel like I have to tug at my skin when using them. I didn’t know what formula of makeup remover to go with. I had been using Bioderma micellar water but grew tired of using so many of my Muji cotton squares to remove my entire face. I knew I wanted something that would remove my makeup before my cleanser. I didn’t want to wash my makeup off with cleanser because for some reason I feel like that just pushes the makeup deeper into my skin. Don’t @ me.

Neogen Dermalogy Green Tea Real Fresh Foam Cleanser Review

When it comes to cleansers, I don’t have many requirements for what it should do. It’s not like eye cream or moisturizer where it actually absorbs  and is beneficial to the health of your skin.
