If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you may have seen me talking about adding more wellness content here on the blog. As I get older, I’m becoming more aware of what goes into my body. Also, I want to live and promote a healthy lifestyle. This Ritual vitamins review is one of what will be many wellness product reviews.
As someone who is so picky when it comes to what I eat, I don’t get as many nutrients as I should. For this reason, I started searching for a vitamin that would help make up for the deficit in certain nutrients in my diet. During my search, I found that many vitamin brands make their vitamins with lots of fillers, with some even containing metal.
On my quest for a good multivitamin, I found out about Ritual, a vitamin for women that only contains the essential vitamins and nutrients that women actually need. Ritual vitamins are available for purchase on their website for $30 for a month’s supply. It is a subscription but you can cancel anytime. My first box came with a booklet filled with information about the vitamins and a cute little sticker to remind me to take my vitamins.
UPDATE: Ritual has announced a change in its packaging. They will no longer ship their vitamins in a box. Now, the vitamins will arrive in a 100% recyclable mailer, made of 30% recycled material.
I have to admit that I originally was drawn to the cool packaging but it was their claims of being a clean, no-nonsense vitamin that kept my attention.
Ritual is non-GMO, vegan, gluten & allergen free, manufactured in the USA, bioavailable, and made with no synthetic fillers or colorants.

Benefits of Ritual Vitamins:
- Protects skin
- Improves mood
- Maintains energy
- Fights Aging
During the first couple of weeks, I noticed an increase in my energy and an improvement in my mood. The increase in energy was very subtle but I noticed that I didn’t feel tired halfway through the day like I normally would. I think this is the reason my mood improved as well. Usually when I’m tired, I’m not the happiest.
I recently went on vacation and forgot my vitamins at home. I definitely noticed that my energy level went down sooner in those days that I didn’t take my vitamins. These vitamins are now my favorite part of my morning routine, or ritual if you will. They are the vitamins for the modern woman and I highly recommend.
These were sent to me for review but I’ve signed up for a subscription and have been a staple in my daily routine for about 2 years now.
