On Fridays after work, I like to treat myself by going shopping. I’ve been trying to be better about buying new clothes because I’m known to wear the same few pieces, once I find my faves. I’ve also been creating lots of beauty content for the blog and my instagram, so I’ve been making an effort to try lots of new products.
I like to have a list of particular things I want to buy each week, this way I don’t go to crazy on Treat Yo Self Friday. This week, my goal was to find new jeans, photo props, and new beauty products. I tried on some jeans at Free People but they didn’t work out. Not ready to give up yet, I went over to Anthropologie on Fifth ave.

Anthropologie have really pretty home decor and surprisingly, lots of beauty products. Most of the beauty products at Anthropologie are by clean/natural brands, which I’ve been wanting to get into. As I browsed the beauty section, a sales associate gave me a coupon for 15% off one full-priced beauty item.
I ended up purchasing the Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser, which has been on my list for a while, and the French Girl Organics Lip Polish. I also picked up a copper wire basket from the home decor section.
