Today’s post is a reveal & first impressions of my new Saint Laurent Small LouLou. I’ve been eyeing this bag for over a year and I finally decided to purchase it for my birthday. Unfortunately, Saint Laurent had just raised the prices of some of their most popular bags and Small Leather Goods. I noticed the increase while shopping for a birthday gift for myself in May and was really shocked to find that the price of the small LouLou bag from my wishlist had increased by $300.

Determined to get the best price, I immediately went online and found the exact size and color I wanted for the pre-increase price. Thanks to my capital one shopping browser extension, I was also able to find a code for 20%, saving me an additional $458!

First Impressions of the Small Saint Laurent LouLou
As I mentioned earlier, I had been eyeing this bag for a long time and have tried it on several times. Having used it for a few weeks, it was a great decision to go with the small size. It surprisingly fits a lot, including my everyday essentials like my phone, wallet, keys, and lip products, as well as extras like my G7X vlog camera and the egg-shaped Chanel hand cream.
The Blanc Vintage color was also a great choice – it stands out but is also timeless. I love this color and size combo for dressing up more casual outfits during the day or taking out for dinner in the evening. I’m also eyeing the large size in black for a work and travel bag but that purchase will have to be in the distant future.
