Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette Review

The Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette, $49.00, is the most delicious palette ever. It’s the warmer version of the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette and the eyeshadows are made with 100% natural cocoa powder. The palette consists of caramel and bronze shades with a pop of blue and a soft pink. The texture of the shadows is buttery smooth and they are really pigmented. Aside from the pigmentation and colors, my favorite thing about this palette is the smell. I know this sounds strange but because it’s made with 100% real cocoa powder, it smells exactly like chocolate. Every time I use this-and even sometimes when I’m not- I have to smell this palette. It’s too good and I’m not even a big chocolate eater.

The colors in this palette are my type of colors; warm coppers and bronzes. I love that there are only two bright colored shades since I don’t like to experiment with color when it comes to eyeshadows. I also love that there are mattes and shimmers. I normally wear shimmer eyeshadows because matte shadows tend to be chalky. However, these matte colors are just as buttery as the shimmers. I love to wear the matte colors on casual days.

One of my go to looks using “Caramel” on the inner corner and lid, “Frosting” on the outer and “Mousse” in the crease.
